1. Grant of License

This dataset (the “Dataset”) is made available for use under this
Academic Non-Commercial License.

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person or entity
obtaining a copy of the Dataset, to use the Dataset solely for
non-commercial academic research and educational purposes, subject to
the conditions below.

2. Permitted Uses

The Dataset may be used for:

- Academic research and scientific investigation;
- Method development, validation, and benchmarking;
- Publication in peer-reviewed journals, conferences, theses, and
  dissertations;
- Non-commercial teaching and educational activities.

3. Prohibited Uses
----------------------------------------------------------------------

The following uses are strictly prohibited without prior written
permission from the Dataset owners:

- Any commercial use, including but not limited to:
  * product or system development;
  * internal industrial evaluation or benchmarking;
  * model training for deployment;
  * consulting, contract research, or paid services;
- Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of the Dataset or
  any modified or derived version thereof;
- Use of the Dataset in any proprietary or closed-source commercial
  system.

Commercial or industrial use requires a separate licensing agreement.

4. Citation Requirement

Any publication, presentation, report, or derivative work that makes
use of the Dataset (in whole or in part) MUST include proper citation
of the following paper:

Failure to provide proper citation constitutes misuse of the Dataset.

5. Authorship

Use of the Dataset does NOT grant any right to authorship or co-authorship.

The Dataset authors shall not be listed as authors unless they have made
a substantial intellectual contribution to the corresponding research
work.

THE DATASET IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE AUTHORS AND COPYRIGHT HOLDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,
DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE DATASET.

7. Termination

This license is automatically terminated if any of the above conditions
are violated. Upon termination, all copies of the Dataset must be
deleted.

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the applicable jurisdiction of the Dataset owners.
